On this tour, you meet Lapland's two favourite animals: huskies and reindeers!
In the reindeer farm, the reindeer herders tell you about the reindeer's year, while you can feed the reindeer with their favourite snack: lichen. On the farm, you also have the possibility for a short reindeer sleigh ride.
In the husky farm, dogs welcome you with excited barking and wagging tales! The husky musher is eager to tell you about the life of these super athletes of the animal world. After petting the dogs and taking photos, we sit by the fire to enjoy hot drinks and stories about life in Lapland.
The day's highlight is the visit to Santa Claus Village where you meet Santa Claus in his office. You also have free time for shopping and visiting other sights in Santa Claus Village like Santa's Main Post Office. Don't forget to cross the Arctic Circle line on the main square!

Please arrive at the meeting point on time. The Bus leaves the bus stop at the given times and will not wait if someone is late. In case you are late, no refunds can be applied to your tour. We recommend you arrive at the bus stop at least 5 minutes before the pick-up time.

Our location is only 18 km (a 20-minute drive) from the city of Rovaniemi, 12 km (a 15-minute drive) from Rovaniemi airport, and 8 km (a 10-minute drive) from Santa’s Village.
Apukka Resort stands in the embrace of two wilderness lakes amid the most stunning Arctic nature.
For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.
For all bookings of multi-day and custom private tours, a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund is given*
